Service Description
A focused bodywork session that is uniquely tailored to you, whether you are an athlete, dealing with everyday stress, or seeking deeper healing. By using a combination of BodyInsight (my unique re-education technique combining Deep Tissue, Swedish, Trigger Point, Myofascial Release, etc.), hot stones, Lymphatic drainage, Embodied Emotional Release, and/or other applicable techniques together, we can achieve deep, lasting transformation. True healing is never static, so sessions are never identical. I work with the body’s natural intelligence and adapt my work to meet the holistic nature of the body.
